Since 2007, MTT International Medical Consultants and Formosa Medical Travel have specialized in providing information and resources for some of the world's finest surgical facilities and medical vacations.

Although we help you plan your medical procedure, we are not medical tourism agents or "facilitators". We believe that unbiased and detailed information is critical to the medical tourism experience in Asia and the rest of the world. We do not charge a fee for our services and we strive to bring you complete information about Taiwan as the newest medical tourism destination.

We work with local and international travel agents, airlines, medical providers, and government agencies to ensure our guides and information are as up to date as possible. We live and work in Taiwan and are in constant contact with providers and medical tourists.

When we first started observing and interacting with patients and doctors in an international health care setting, we began to understand how different it is  for an international patient seeking health care abroad. The information available was simply not complete enough to enable a patient to find quality health care in a foreign hospital and a foreign culture.

We began to research treatments and facilities in more detail, and in 2011 we created our first treatment guide. Few other medical tourism companies offer this service for patients. We do our best to make finding treatment in Taiwan as easy as contacting a clinic across town, just like it should be.

We intend to give you access to some of the finest medical doctors and surgeons in the world, so you have the best chance of an excellent outcome.
